This dish is widely regarded as Spain’s national dish, but most Spaniards consider it to be a regional Valencian dish. During this class we will focus on foundational cooking techniques that will help you feel more comfortable in the kitchen. Then, we will dine on hearty portions of this delicious and popular Spanish cuisine, so come hungry! We will make two styles, one being vegan and another, more traditional style, that meat lovers will enjoy.
We will provide a non-alcoholic beverage, but feel free to bring a bottle of wine to drink and/or share!
