Understand how to make and use long cooked roux, herbs and spices, and “The Holy Trinity” to impart those distinctive colors and flavors found in this multi-ethnic, immigrant-style cuisine!

Meet CheffyK and CA
Kent and CherylAnn found each other in February of 2012 and instantly connected over their shared love of family, hospitality, music, travel, and food. Now they run a cooking school out of their home’s “Dream Kitchen,” remodeled in 2015/2016 for the purposes of entertaining and teaching. Here they teach a wide variety of food classes with an emphasis on high-quality, local ingredients and extreme hospitality! They love teaching people the art and feel of cooking.
